Ms. Hallberg has been an interior designer for more than 30 years, serving a broad spectrum of residential and commercial clients in her design business, Expressive Interiors. She integrates Feng Shui with interior design to add an extra dimension to her projects. Her successful staging business, Stage to Sell-San Diego, came to a close with the pandemic. She has now pivoted to exploring how her work can be done virtually, as well as in person.

Judy created the groundbreaking intuitive process of Designer’s Insight™ that provides an opportunity for people to have a finished project that is a true reflection of their individuality. She is active in the American Society of Interior Designers  and was the local chapter president in 2003-2004.  Judy is an award-winning designer who has participated in various home tours, and has been published locally and nationally.
